Through strong collaboration with families, community partners, key stakeholders, and Texas Cops & Communities, Inc., WLTK delivers a coordinated, community-based model that offers meaningful alternatives to traditional justice pathways—empowering youth to thrive and succeed.

  • KEYS 2 SWAG
    (Keep Encouraging Youth Success | Strengths • Wellness • Advocacy • Goals)

    KEYS 2 SWAG is a youth development and group mentoring program designed to empower young people with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive. Grounded in the pillars of Strengths, Wellness, Advocacy, and Goals (SWAG), our sessions help youth build resilience, identify their potential, and develop practical life skills for long‑term success.

    We deliver programming both inside secured facilities and in the community, ensuring consistent access to positive mentoring and structured guidance. Within the community, KEYS 2 SWAG operates at the Imperial Park Recreation Center in Sugar Land, Texas, providing a safe, supportive environment for youth to connect, learn, and grow.

    KEYS 2 SWAG incorporates group mentoring, where trained facilitators guide participants through meaningful discussions, team‑building exercises, and peer‑supported learning. Our approach emphasizes collaboration and positive social interaction, helping youth strengthen communication skills, develop accountability, and build supportive relationships.

    A key element of our program is the integration of sports and physical activities, used as powerful tools to teach discipline, teamwork, emotional regulation, and leadership. Through structured sports‑based sessions, youth practice healthy competition, learn to manage stress, and build confidence while staying active.

    Our curriculum promotes:

    • Strengths: Helping youth identify personal talents and recognize their value.

    • Wellness: Encouraging emotional, mental, and social well‑being through supportive practices.

    • Advocacy: Empowering youth with skills to communicate effectively and make positive choices.

    Whether inside secured facilities or in community spaces, KEYS 2 SWAG creates a positive, uplifting environment where youth feel seen, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. Our mission is to keep encouraging youth success—one session, one skill, and one breakthrough at a time.

  • As part of our work with youth in the juvenile detention facility, we help facilitate quarterly KIP Forums in collaboration with Texas Cops & Communities, Inc. These forums bring together youth, families, consultants, and community partners within the facility to encourage open dialogue, build relationships, and develop meaningful solutions that support young people and their families.

  • At We Love The Kids, Inc., we provide impactful, evidence-informed trainings designed to equip mentors, schools, and government agencies with the tools needed to effectively serve at-risk and justice-involved youth.

    Our trainings are ideal for mentors, educators, juvenile justice professionals, nonprofit staff, and community leaders committed to creating safe, supportive environments for youth.

  • The WLTK Art Program offers youth in our mentoring program an empowering creative outlet for self-expression and growth. Participants collaborate with approved art vendors—each carefully vetted through background checks—to create meaningful art pieces that showcase their talent and transformation. These works are featured annually at the WLTK Gala and Art Show Auction each October. Proceeds from the event directly support the youth, funding ongoing programming initiatives that inspire positive change and continued personal development.

  • WLTK Athletics proudly presents Fast 40 — a high-energy athletic showcase celebrating the speed, skill, and dedication of Texas high school athletes. Open to boys in grades 9–12, this exciting event features 40-yard dash races to crown the fastest in Texas. Hosted on a college campus, Fast 40 provides student-athletes with a platform to compete, connect, and gain recognition while inspiring excellence both on and off the field.

  • Before You’re 10 is a proactive intervention program designed to reach children before they enter the age of criminal responsibility in Texas—10 years old. Recognizing that early guidance can change a child’s trajectory, the program provides crisis intervention, support, and positive development opportunities to help children make better choices and build a stronger foundation for success before they ever come into contact with the justice system.

  • This Thanksgiving season, We Love The Kids, Inc. is opening our hearts and our table to local families in need. Through “A Seat at the Table,” we will provide a warm, home-style Thanksgiving dinner for specially selected families who are facing food insecurity this holiday season.

    This intimate gathering is a time to share laughter, gratitude, and connection over a delicious meal prepared with love. Beyond dinner, our goal is to create a sense of belonging and joy — reminding every family that they are valued and supported by their community.

    Together, we’re not just serving food; we’re serving hope, compassion, and the true spirit of Thanksgiving.
